Everything on this page comes out of one folder of eleven photographs and one paragraph of copy. The banner above is one of those eleven — the warehouse end of our floor, shot by us, cropped to 16:9 and nothing else. No render, no CGI and no stock photography: the pack holds none, so this page shows none.
Strength
What the mill puts first
The brand paragraph on the SD-0429 deck is the mill's own wording, not ours — printed in full under In the mill's words. The rest of this site follows the rule it implies: figures that can be proved are printed; figures that cannot are marked pending.
- Soft hand
- Skin-friendly, no irritation
- Tight weave
- High density, no pilling
- Built to last
- Hard-wearing, easy care
- Eco dyeing
- High colour fastness
The plates
All eleven workshop photographs, not one of them a render
The image folder holds eleven frames: the weaving floor, warp feeding the looms, the inspection machine, racked and floor-standing stock, palletised rolls inside and out, wrapped stock, and rolls going into a container. They are reproduced here uncropped apart from the 4:3 frame, so what you see is what the pack holds.

Quality and testing
One report, four results, and its own edges
Report number HGHT07457839, issued by Intertek Hangzhou. The figures are the slide text; the images inside the test deck are Intertek letterhead and stamps, not cloth.

The report prints its own number and no art number, so it is not pinned to any one of the 61 arts. Quote it as-is.
What we still need
Six sets of figures that are not in the pack
- Loom count, loom model, monthly capacity and floor area — the decks carry no site figures at all, so this page has none either.
- Price, MOQ, sample lead time and bulk lead time — not in the pack.
- Flame and eco certification (EN 1021, BS 5852, CAL TB 117, OEKO-TEX, bluesign) — not held, not claimed.
- Abrasion, pilling and seam-slippage results — no such report in the pack.
- Formal colourway names. The pack prints codes only, so this site prints codes only.
- A photograph of the building from the road. The eleven plates cover the weaving floor, the warp feed, the inspection table, racked and floor stock, palletised rolls and the loading bay — all of it inside; there is no exterior shot, so the banner uses the warehouse floor.
